The hotel rooms were spotless and serviced daily without needing extra requests, providing comfort for our family of 4. However, the curtains didn't fully cover the windows. The service was very happy and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate us with little notice. The location was extremely convenient right in the center of town, offering easy access to explore the city. The dining options were limited due to the circumstances. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfying.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were old-fashioned but in a fantastic way and a perfect size for my family of 4. They looked even better and cleaner than in the photos. The location on the 4th floor was really nice as it was quiet despite being in the heart of Rovaniemi city. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The central location was excellent, offering easy access to everything in the city. While the dining experience was good with fresh Scandinavian food, it could have been slightly improved. Overall, a great value for money hotel with plenty of amenities.

The rooms were fantastic, old-fashioned in a great way, and super good size for our family of 4. They looked much nicer and cleaner than in the photos. Being located on the 4th floor, I couldn't hear anything outside the hotel even though it is in the heart of Rovaniemi city.

The hotel staff nicely wrapped up my whole trip to Finland, accommodating me with little notice and being incredibly helpful, sympathetic, and supportive throughout our extended stay. They insisted on providing the invoice upon check-out, demonstrating their fantastic service.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city centre, offering an excellent location with easy access to supermarkets, food places, and everything the city has to offer. However, there seemed to be a lack of staff for cleaning up, likely due to many visiting groups.
